Deposit Policy

A simple guide to holding your appointment

To book an appointment, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied toward your tattoo and reserves the time set aside specifically for your project.

Please take a moment to review the following.

Illness or conflicts
• If you are feeling unwell or anticipate a conflict, please reach out as early as possible
• Same-day notifications are treated as cancellations and the deposit is forfeited

Changes to your project
• If you change your idea to something completely different from what was agreed on at booking, the appointment is considered a cancellation
• In these cases, the deposit is forfeited unless the artist approves the new direction

Late arrival
• There is a 30 minute grace period for arrival
• Arriving more than 30 minutes late is considered a no-show and the deposit is forfeited

No show
• If you do not arrive for your appointment, the deposit is forfeited

Cancellation
• If you cancel your appointment at any time, the deposit is forfeited

Rescheduling more than 30 days before
• If you request to reschedule at least 30 days in advance but are not ready to select a new date, the appointment is treated as a cancellation
• A new deposit will be required to book again

Rescheduling less than 30 days before
• If you request to reschedule within 30 days of your appointment, the deposit is forfeited
• A new deposit is required to secure a new date

Multiple reschedules
• Up to two reschedule requests are generally allowed when requested at least 30 days before the appointment
• Additional reschedules are at the artist’s discretion and may require a new deposit
• Rates may change if an appointment is moved multiple times or extended more than one year from the original booking date
